"I have had an appointment for almost a week at this point, the lady was super sweet over the phone. I took the day off of work so I could show her my house and get a price. They never bothered getting ahold of me until I reached out to them. They never showed up and were ignoring all of my calls when I tried calling. She then texts me and says “we’re gonna have to reschedule” an hour after you were supposed to be here??? Very unprofessional!"
