"The worst daycare! The director asked me if it was ok to leave my son in a soiled diaper all day until I came to pick him up because he was 4 and not potty trained. They required me to come to the day care to change his diaper everytime he had an incident which defeats the purpose of child care. The teachers did no acknowledge my presence when i came to pick up my son. The director is unprofessional and kicked my son out because I told her she was neglecting my child which she did not want to hold accountability for so instead of taking blame she laughed in my face and told me she was uncomfortable continuing care after we had came to an agreement my son's things were packed. This place is unprofessional many cps violations. If your looking for a unprofessional day care this is it. Two teachers got fired for an open case with cps however the director did not take the blame. One of the teachers thought I was a teacher and asked me to watch the kids. Poor management and they don't care to take accountability."

"I was very nervous sending my son to daycare for the first time at 15 months. After the tour I had no doubt that he would be happy there. I felt very comfortable with the facility and staff. Once he started he was a little overwhelmed so they made some accommodations to make him more comfortable. His first day went great after the adjustment and he LOVES going. I was happy that they were so attentive to his needs and what would make him feel comfortable. Now he doesn’t even look back when we drop him off. I love getting updates through the app letting me know what he’s up to. I would absolutely recommend Kids Villa. I know he is happy, safe, and well loved at their facility."

"Our daughter is about to turn 3 and has been attending Kids Villa Learning Center since she was 5 months old. All of her teachers have been superb and she has really flourished there. We kept her home for several months last year as I was on maternity leave with our son and then my parents came up to care for our son and watched her too. The whole time she asked about going back to daycare, and now that she is back, my mama heart loves to see her having so much fun every day (and learning SO much!). She comes home each day singing a new song or telling me something new she has learned. My son is also doing well there in the infant room. Ms. Ragaa is excellent. I have relied on her (and Ms. Shushma) to help me transition my kids to solid foods...and when I say 'help', I mean they really did it for me :-) I can't say enough great things about this daycare."

She loves all of her teachers and the admin staff; they treat her so well. I also really appreciate the school’s focus on education. My daughter has learned so much and is ahead of other children her same age. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with everyone I have come in contact with and they give us regular updates daily on how her day is going, including photos and sometimes videos.
