"I used to love Beauty Art. It was my go to place. I would recommend it to friends and family as well. However, customer service and quality of work has declined significantly. I will not be returning. My recent appt was scheduled for 11:30. 3 different workers walked part without saying a word to me. I sat there until 12:05 when I was finally acknowledged. I got all over color and a haircut which was to cost between $50-$60. I was charged $85…a $25-$35 upcharge -that was not disclosed in the beginning due to my long, thick hair. My hair comes to my bra line."
