"Such a chic and cozy restaurant! We came here for brunch, and we loved the ambiance and French themed menu. I had the Onion Soup which as excellent, and my friend had the quiche, which she loved. I will definitely be returning to sample their Fromage menu!"
"Made a reservation for brunch on a weekend. The bar area looked so cozy and perfect for a romantic dinner or cocktail hour. We sat in the atrium style dining area, which was bright and beautiful. Service took longer than we would have liked, but our server was nice. Additional staff bringing food to our table seemed unfamiliar with who ordered which dish and came across as nervous about handling the plates of food, opting to hand us our plates awkwardly rather than setting them on the table in front of each diner. Again, everyone was super nice, so we weren't bothered too much by this. Food was decently solid. A mix of sweet and savory brunch items and drinks were ordered, which we all enjoyed. We would definitely love to come back for dinner and sit in the bar area. All around, a solid experience at a place a bit away from the business of King Street."
"A definite stop for dinner. Food was delicious with generous portion sizes. The service was great, definitely ask what they recommend you won't be disappointed. I had the escargot and red fish. Both were flavorful and left me perfectly satisfied."
"I had brunch here on a Sunday over the summer and it was wonderful. The food was delicious -- I had the wagyu tartare, which was super flavorful and cool. For my main I had the brioche French toast and it was amazing. A beautiful vanilla bean cream on top of poached plums, highly recommend! We sat outside on the patio and it was so cute and cozy. The whole vibe inside and out was lovely. I had the sundress season cocktail which was very good. Service was great and our server answered all of our questions and was very nice."
"4.9/5 Having eaten here 4 times in the past three months, hands down this is the best restaurant in Old Town Alexandria. The cheese selections are a must and the 50/50 martini was excellent. The server had a good handle on the cheese options and the chef came out and handed us the cheese plate himself. The building has the best ambiance of any restaurant I have ever visited. I would rank the bar setting 1, the atrium 2, the downstairs 3 and the upstairs 4 - if you’re with 1 other sit at the bar, 2-3 others, try to sit in the atrium. The chicken, duck, and steak were by far the best entrees. Bottom line - great atmosphere, great drinks, great food, and great service."
