"I am sad to share that we were let down with our experience with this school. We paid $1,600 to reserve a spot in one of Guidepost’s infant rooms months before the birth of our son. The month before he was supposed to start at the school, we attended an orientation and for several reasons, left feeling uneasy sending him there. Accordingly, we decided to withdraw him before his start date. Despite the fact that we did so due, in part, to legitimate safety concerns (one of which was even acknowledged by staff during the orientation), Guidepost refused to return any amount of our $1,600 deposit. Nor did they dispute that they easily filled his spot given significant waitlists for infant care. Our experience left us feeling like Guidepost cared less about our son, our concerns or our family and more about profiting off of the infant care crisis that families are dealing with today."

At Guidepost Montessori at Severna Park, we have been impressed by the relationships the staff has built with our child. He has been going there since he was nine months old and loves being there which speaks volumes. The school is great at updating you about what’s going on in your child’s classroom as well as in the school as a whole. We are so glad that we chose this program as a school environment for our son and can’t wait to continue to see his growth here."
