"Despite your having taken laser measurements way ahead of time, the granite wasn't ready when you said it would be. In addition, you lost the brackets for the induction cooktop you were making a template of. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone."

Installation date can be booked easily and several reminders sent to remind of the date. I had one small thing that was overlooked and they came same day to fix it.
