"The planning process was fine, so I thought. I spoke with Aaron several times when I was deciding in what to order, before the guys came to measure. Looking back It was strange that I never got a drawing of what I asked for. I wasn't experienced in this at all. I now know that I should have signed off on a diagram that showed exactly what I wanted. I asked for the seam to be placed in a particular area and was told no problem. When the guys arrived I had to leave 1/2 way thru the install and there were not 1, not 2, but 3 ... but 6 spots where they attached 2 pieces together. ( see pics) although the seams are almost not visible, it was not necessary to do it this way and NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! When I put a call out to Aaron he NEVER called me back. About a week later I found water under my sink, there was a gap between the sink and the counter (undermount). When they came to fix it the picture below shows what there "fix" was!! I was livid! They drilled into my brand new cabinets! They said "that's all we could do". I called the office cause Aaron didn't answer and was told his brother would call me back. After several Lorenzio r calls I got him on the phone and he said he will send someone out to fix it. About a week later a niece gentleman came out and sort of dozed what they did but it was to late to fix it the proper way. I was never offered any money back for all of these problems. The counter took is beautiful but the workmanship is terrible. Once they have your money, TOUGH!"
