"I volunteer for a rescue and both my foster puppies were spayed herr th other day. The staff were very nice and patient. They even brought the girls to my car. (40 lbs each)"
"We took our dog here to get spayed earlier this year here and today we are at the vet because she has been having a period. Turns out they NEVER spayed her!!!!!! Terrible. I've reported them!"
"Affordable price to get your dog fixed, called made an appointment over the phone and the process was easy. A+, i would recommend this place to every dog owner. Definitely waaaaaaaay cheaper than a regular veterinarian."
"The organization itself is awesome and it's awesome they provide such low cost spay/neuter services for pets. I'm fostering for PGC shelter and have gotten 6 rabbits neutered here so far - which is why I was taken so far aback at how rude the receptionist Sue was today. She's been rude before but I let it go because everyone has days. Today however, her attitude was horrible. First of all, I work in Virginia at 8am. Tuesdays (the only day they offer spay services for rabbits being fostered, 2 rabbits at a time) in order to get the rabbits there in time for dropoff (7:30-8:30) I have to get dropped off at work (1hr+ away) VERY early in order for my husband to drop off the bunnies in time - which is fine. That's not their problem. Last week the rabbits were there all day and not serviced because there was an emergency - again, not their fault, things happen. We were asked to bring them back today, sure that's fine. The receptionist Sue told my husband they would be ready by 2pm, that's what time I get off at my job that's again, an hour away with no traffic. A little before 3 Sue called and asked if we were "planning on getting our rabbits" we let her know we were almost there. She said they closed at 2. Nowhere on their website did it say they close at 2 nor did anyone say or had ever said they close at 2. Again I've been here for 6 rabbits so far. "I tell everyone 2. What time?" she responded rudely. I explained to her that I've never been told two and we were almost there and that we were sorry -"I asked what time??" I told her 15 minutes and she said she was going to leave the rabbits with the shelter foster coordinator and promptly hung up on my face. Mind you this all took place well before the close time listed online as 3:30. Thrilled the last rabbits got neutered today as I would genuinely hate ever having to deal with her again."
"The Spay Spot were great! We have two brother/sister kittens and so had 1 spay and 1 neuter done. Staff were extremely professional, after filling out forms and the like. Surgery was done pretty fast and our kittens were in great shape. Nice to have the option to get cones, anesthetic etc. all done through the Spay Spot as well. Recovery went well and now our kittens are back to being their usual, rambunctious selves."
