"Do not use, very poor results and service. Parsons Woodworking was contracted for our kitchen. After the cabinets were delivered, it was obvious the company has never designed kitchens or dealt with higher end finishes. Made numerous mistakes, assumed all countertops were 1.5 inches thick, which caused a big mistake on a wall cabinet that was to sit on the quartz countertop. Has no experience on designing an enclosure for a panel ready refrigerator. Measured incorrectly for wainscoting that was installed on the island. Base cabinet drawers in the island did not align. Other mistakes as well, just too many to detail. When confronted about the mistakes, Parsons tried to push the blame off on us and tried to charge us to fix mistakes. After several weeks of nothing being fixed, we ultimately went to the cabinet manufacturer to address the problems. They came in and seen the mistakes and fixed the problem for us. Only use Parsons Woodworking if you want a mistake filled result that will result in your regret."
