"I transferred my daughters to another center (amazing facility with an actual curriculum that every teacher follows to a T and genuinely cares for their staff and students) as our experience at Everbrook was horrific. Not only is the curriculum poor, letting kids just run around all day without teaching them one thing (3s class) as well as having no clue what to do with infants as I had to tell them to do tummy time, but the safety of my children was a concern after only 2 days there. Not only was my 3 month old infant not fed for 5.5 hours because their policy is not to wake up a sleeping baby who is sucking her thumb and showing signs of hunger, but horrific abuse by a teacher towards other students was witnessed. I would never recommend this center to anyone. It may look nice, but the staff is clueless and it does not compare to a Our old center where my 3 year old attended before (unfortunately that one was closing which is why we had to find another facility). We were lucky to have her old director recommend another place and we are so happy. We know our girls are safe and learning."

"We absolutely love this place! My son is 3 and a half, and looks forward to school every single day. They have handled COVID-19 wonderfully, and I feel safe with my son going there. The teachers are all so kind and nurturing to the kids. I love that I can check in on my son with the live cameras while I am at work, it's very comforting to know I can see him at any time. The principal is exceptional and a great communicator. You can tell she really loves what she does. Could not be more pleased."

"My daughter went to Everbrook in January right after the school's grand opening. I am very happy that I chose this place. What they did exceeded my expectations - this is my daughter's 4th daycare/pre-school since she was a baby. This is the first one that I saw the principal, the management team, and the classroom teachers all work together and work very hard to make parents happy and treat kids with care and love. The school has good curriculum and I noticed the development spike of my daughter a few weeks after she started there. I like the way they communicate with parents. When there were changes, such as staffing change or schedule change, they tried their best to inform parents as soon as possible. Not every school does that. Highly recommend!"

"The teachers and staff at Everbrook are absolutely amazing. You will not be disappointed! My one son cried every day for two months at his old daycare. I was so nervous about the transition. However, he hasn’t cried one time and has never been so happy to go to school! Everyone there makes all three of my children feel at home. You really begin to feel like the staff is family. They truly care about your children and it shows. My son also has life threatening allergies. The entire center has gone out of their way to make sure he is safe. This is the first place that I honestly feel comfortable leaving him in the hands of others. Three of my children attend Everbrook and I couldn’t be happier with each of their classrooms (infant, 2 year old and 4 year old). So many perks: diapers and wipes included, live video of their classrooms, secured doors with a personal key code, extremely clean center and an instant messaging app. They even have parents night out once a month!! I recommend Everbrook Ashburn without hesitation."
