"The woman who manages in the mornings is amazing with customer service !"
"Coming here in the mornings between 6 and 6.45 are horrible. Little guy working is slow and screws up alot. The heavier set manager is rude, lazy and doesn't know how to run the place at all. He just waddles around with a smug look on his face. There is no hot foods ever ready . Service is slow. It's just a very annoying and time consuming situation. It hasn't changed in years!"
"Normally, I love this station/store and most all are friendly. However, on Sunday, around 11 am, my husband and I stopped to fill up our gas tank using our Gas Buddy card. The pump would not take the card and stated to see the cashier. We went into the store where a grumpy, surly man was behind the counter. I told him what the gas pump message was and he told us to back up and try another pump. I stated that I didn't think this would do any good but he said to try. I did as he suggested, and, of course, it didn't do any good and we received the same message. I went back into the store and told him that it still would not work. He asked how much gas we wanted to buy. I explained about using the Gas Buddy card and that we were to receive .30/a gallon. He actually told me to go to a different gas station. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Not to mention, I will NEVER patronize this store again. Sorely disappointed."
"So much for a "24 hour" convenience store. I stopped here on my way to work Sunday morning, 2/12/23, around 3am. The gas pumps were dark which I found odd, they are always brightly lit overnight. However, the store lights were still on and since I did not need fuel, just food and drinks and such, I stopped anyway. The door was open as usual and the door chime sounded when I entered, announcing my arrival (or so I thought) to the employee in the back somewhere. No one is ever at the register overnight they are always in the back somewhere. I browsed and collected numerous items over the course of three to four minutes. No employee had appeared yet. I went to the register and stood there for probably another minute before I purposely made the door chime ring again because I needed to get going to stay on time for work. Over approximately the next three minutes I made the door chime go off a half dozen more times and also walked to the back and called "hello" multiple rimes to no avail. No employee appeared at any point and i was forced to put my purchases back and go to work with nothing to eat or drink. This is not the first time something like this has happened at this location. I stopped back in on my way home from work later that day fully intending to find out what had been going on the night before. There were someone at the register this time as it was approximately 10 a.m. and he had a customer he was just finishing up with as I walked in....... I stood at the counter just a couple feet away from him where you order hot food items they have prepared, clearly waiting on him, and he proceeded to pick up his cell phone after the other customer left and did not acknowledge my presence in any way for a solid two minutes. I finally had to clear my throat and say excuse me to get him to look up from his phone and wait on me..........I don't know what is up with this particular 7-11 on West Main St in Evans City PA but I would not recommend going there if you need to interact with a cashier or store employee in anything similar to a normal manner."
"I was on the way home from work and my gas light came on in my car. I thought I would have enough gas to get to a gas pump close to home, I did not want to chance it. I decided to pull into a 7 Eleven to get enough gas to get home. When I looked at the pump I was perplexed as to which nozzle was gas and which one was diesel? There were 2 handles, one color was green and the other black. I was afraid of choosing the wrong one cause I didn't want diesel. I decided to go get help in the store. I waited in line for the clerk to finish up with a customer. As I stood there, in front of the clerk, she could clearly see me, another customer came right up and cut me off. The clerk didn't even say any thing! At this point my patience is wearing away. I finally got to talk her and explained the two different pump handle colors, asked her way it was like that? She stated that she is aware of this issue. You see, a green pump handle usually is diesel and black is gas, this is why I was so confused. I worked all day, was exhausted and just wanted to grab dinner and go home. Instead I got a clerk with an attitude who did not explain anything and belittled me at the pump."
