"Called to schedule propane delivery on January 9th and it's now February and still no propane!!! Was told it was being delivered on a Thursday or Friday and still haven't got anything, and the driver even told the lady he would bring it the same week on a Saturday and still nothing!!!"

I have been told by several customers that she was very nasty to them as well.. Bad customer service. She needs to be fired."
