"This review and rating is for Grooming. The cashier at the front today was extremely nice. I came in today 12/28 just after 9 to have my dogs nails clipped. I was told by the groomer there, did not get her name, that she doesn't clock in until 930. I guess she was working off the clock as it looked like she had just checked in an appointment. Also grooming hours start at 7am for those appointments before the store opens and should be open by 9am no? She then went on about the appointments she had coming in and wouldnt be able to fit us in until 1015. I asked so you don't take walk ins anymore? And stated that they don't allow you to make nail appointments. She then continued to go on about her in coming appointments and that she wouldn't be able to take us until 1015 and that walkins could be up to an hour wait. I have NEVER had this issue at any other pet smart. I never expect to be taken right away but an hour wait is ridiculous. I got the feeling she just didn't want to be bothered. I unfortunately live 30 mins away from any petsmart. I went to this location as they had very good reviews for not only the store but specifically grooming. My dog was stressed and time and gas wasted for nothing. Petsmart needs to do better and allow appointments for nails to be made. I have even asked past groomers if I can call and they said there's no point just come in but then situations like this happen."

"Good customer service and close for me. I don't necessarily like big stores such as this, but it appears as though most of their employees are animal lovers and they have a good variety to choose from. The prices are as expected but they could be lower"

"While this isn't the stores issue as much as corporate but they really could care less about their customers. They send you offers that they do not honor and when you call them about it, they couldn't care less. They give you lip service but never solve the issue. Just talked with a supervisor that gave me completely inaccurate information. Don't know if she was just stupid or completely incompetent. I won't be doing business with such a deceitful company ever again. They deserve zero stars."
