"Kensington Nursery School offers children a chance to learn crucial social skills in a supportive, parent-involved, play based school. The 2 year old class provides a gentle introduction to time away from parents/caregivers. The program goes all the way up to those entering kindergarten the next year with the 4 year old class. These kids are well prepared for the expectations of elementary school. We have been at the school for 5 years now and love it! Some of the teachers have been there for decades!"

"KNS is a great little Nursery School from about age 2½ to pre-k. Both our girls have gone there and loved it. It's a co-op structure where the parents work together and help out a lot - great teachers too. It is play-based learning and social development, so it's not overly academic. The facilities could use a little upgrade, but it's functional, fun and they keep it very clean. The kiddos learn to be responsible and how to start working well as part of a group."

"A great preschool for 2 through 5 year olds. We really like it here including my child who is excited to go every day of her program. They have a lot of outdoor play time and do crafts every day that I love to bring home and hang on the wall. There is more than one time/day option for each age, which is very convenient. Check the school out!"

It’s a cooperative school, which means that families are involved and you get to know everyone in your child’s class. It is also very affordable compared to other schools in the area and offers classes for kids as young as 2. Highly recommend!"
