"Extremely disappointed for many reasons. Quality of the cabinets is poor at best, too many issues to list including warped pieces, broken pieces, damaged or disformed connectors, gouges, scratches, etc. see the photo's. None of the trim was delivered and RTAHQ says they filed a claim but the shipper says no claim has been filed and RTAHQ said they have no product or timeline to replace the missing items. Numerous calls & emails to RTAHQ and ZERO attempt from them at resolving the situation. I highly recommend you avoid this company and look elsewhere, what a mistake."

"Cabinets purchase in May, 2023. Positive: Actual color/style selected was as displayed on website. Received ordered cabinets within 2 weeks as promised. Price was good when compared to finished, particle board cabinets found at major box stores. We are pleased with the finished look after installation. Negative: The back panels for the larger cabinets were warped and extremely difficult (but not impossible) to install in cabinet shells per instructions. Several of the larger cabinet back panels have what I assume are machine indentations along the interior side of the panels, that are visible from the interior. Some of the “cheap” plastic panel connectors were bent, creating significant difficulty in receiving their counterparts. Based on my experience thus far, I would give this product an overall rating of C+ based upon some of the encountered product flaws/problems vs. the price paid. Update: August, 2023. One of the wall cabinet doors arrived severely warped. Contacted company & spoke with Ryan. Once Ryan received the requested photos to validate the warped door - he promptly shipped a new door that arrived within a week. Kudos to Ryan."

"We are very happy with our new cabinets. I was kind of afraid since I ordered from Florida but for my surprise I ordered on a Thursday and the next Monday I had it in my house. My husband did all the assembly itself and it was so easy, 14 units, and he assemble them in less than two days. We recommended to some of our friends. It was so easy and the design fits ferfectly in our kitchen. Thanks to Ryan and Melissa, they were very attentive and professional. You guys are awesome!"

"I wanted good quality low cost cabinets for a rental property. I looked at the big box store cabinets which were assembled and they were all particle board construction. I found this company and noticed the price was not that much more than the particle board cabinets. My order arrived in nice packaging which protected them from damage. The cabinets are plywood and assembly was pretty easy. The drawers were the most difficult to figure out. The upper cabinets have a nice nailing strip, which is another layer of plywood. The only thing I noticed was that the doors are a type of compressed board instead of plywood. Not sure if they will stand up to long term abuse, but we'll see."

"Awesome company, had no issues setting up the cabinets, I have placed 2 orders with them, transaction went smoothly. Cabinets are made of Plywood (1/2”).Orders got to my door in only 3 days ( PA to VA). Cabinets were packed on pallets in a professional way that none of them were damaged. They also provide you with a design if you want that looked so realistic with all dimensions! They are definitely my go to company when it comes to buying cabinets."
