"I called the shop on Tuesday afternoon. He had availability the next day. I had not bowled in 20 years. He took time to listen and watch and drilled 3 balls for me. All of them fit perfectly. I recommend this shop for any bowling service needs!"
"We use to go to Ed in West Mifflin & switched during covid being he was closed. Friend told me about Jim at Heat Pro Shop. He worked with my grandson to get his ball set up right. Have since bought 5 more balls & had 3 other balls plugged & drilled with switch thumb inserts. Will not go anywher else now. Worth the wait to see him. Have 2 more balls to take to get inserts in now"
"I ordered a pair of women's bowling shoes from this pro shop through Bowling Ball Mart.com on April 22, 2022 they received payment on April 25, 2022. To this day, Nothing. No response from several emails. No one answers the customer service phone number or it says it's disconnected. Seems pretty shady and fraudulent to me! My order #30293 for the millionth time! Very Angry!"

"Just got back into bowling because of a couple friends who are elite bowlers in the Pittsburgh area. Indirectly, they have inspired me to not only pick the game back up but invest in some new equipment as well. I was told to visit Jimmy Heater at Heat Pro Shop. I really didn't know what I was talking about walking in there but Jimmy took time to explain what made the most sense for me in getting a new ball. He was extremely helpful and let me try the ball as well. He takes the time to hear you out and give you the best advice on bowling balls and equipment. I ABSOLUTELY recommend the guy to anyone. They also offer coaching and I plan on using them for that too. Go see these guys. RED CARPET TREATMENT!"
