"Used to be a well-stocked place. Went there for the first time in years, they were out of worms, and my brother asked for one dozen shiners, and clarified 3 separate times that he only wanted one dozen, the owner kept asking if he said two dozen. Ended up with two dozen after my brother's buddy told him for the fourth time that we only wanted one dozen. Owner said we said two dozen at register, after having been told four times one dozen only. He said he'd put them back but doubled down that we'd said two dozen. We lacked the heart to correct him again. We're not sure if he is a kindly old chap who's showing signs of age, or if he successfully pulled one over on us. Either way we felt a bit bad for him."

"When you enter the shop the owner asks how are you doing good morning.full selection of just about everything...fresh bait too.then when your exiting the business,the owner says thanks and have a great day! Five stars if there were more I'd give it more."

"So I was working in the area around 2012 and had to kill some time so I stopped and checked this store out, saw some box calls on front counter that were custom engraved. It was forty bucks and you could have anything put on it you wanted. I flipped him 2 twenty dollar bills and he said it would be done in a month... a year later after calling him several times I wrote a letter and sent 5$ for shipping In hopes he would send it. -nothing- it’s 2019 and still no box call. Don’t do business there if your not from the area, that guy is a scumbag and gives outdoorsman/businessmen a bad name."

"Great place. Open year round 24/7, just ring the doorbell. Best prices and choices on all baits tackle and hunting gear. They carry all licenses as well. Always enjoy stopping in. Great staff."
