"Went to this pharmacy thru the pick up window the girl at the window nasty attitude. Threw the bag of meds in the draw and walked away from the window. Nasty B. And there’s another one there that needs to get kicked the F out that pharmacy. Bad place to go to to deal with nasty people like them things working in that place. Nasty people. Give a one star rating. Just cause there’s no spot to give half of a star. South Washington ave in Scranton pa."

"What kind of pharmacy doesn’t open until 9am on a Saturday ?????????? I guess people who need there medicine before 9am can just die that’s okay. Thanks rite aid. You’re employees are of NO HELP EITHER !!!!!!!!!!! Terrible terrible service"

"I have gone to this rite aid today on the South side shopping center of Scranton to try to get my dad his booster shot I can't believe the pharmacist I mean one of the pharmacists literally turned him away then yet the CDC once people to get their booster shot it's been 6 months that has passed since my dad got his second Pfizer covid-19 vaccine shot why does the date have to matter. I cannot believe knowing that my dad is 65 years old he's totally blind and he has a little bit of health conditions and they turned him away. They just wasted his time. Why do dates matter I don't know. Poor service."
