"Pretty much picked over as to leftovers from the holidays. Many of the regular items that they normally carry or have on hand are nowhere to be found. Lots of leftover women's stuff, very little things for men. Perhaps the economy is holding it's own. Not really growing or contracting."

"Marshalls store sells off-price merchandise. During my visit, I saw women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing, shoes, and accessories as well as beauty products, home decor, bedding, etcetera. Most of the merchandise was in perfect condition, but I did see some that had snags and stains. I saw brand-name merchandise, but the selection was very miscellaneous so was not usually in my size or preferred style. The prices were discounted from what other stores would charge. At the cash registers, the line of customers was very long, but several cashiers were working. My cashier accurately rang up my purchase and spoke nicely to me."
