"Always out of stock of the food I need for my super senior cat, and it's not a manufacturer issue. The parking lot is a nightmare here, too. Spaces are too small & it's impossible to leave if there's traffic. Staff is nice & always efficient with check out."

"The store is a great location, they offer delivery service, which is great! I buy my dog food in the largest bag, so having it delivered is so nice! The prices are comparable to larger chains, but this location is so close to me, it makes sense to buy from here. They are the only store in my immediate area (that I know of) that sells my dogs favorite bones, Lennox brand. I have also used their grooming services, which are great. I was using their veterinary care service, but had to find another vet because every time I would go there, there was no one working, and they were closed. But as far as the store is concerned, very friendly staff, helpful, always have what I need. Some of the items are a little pricey, but they do have sales and you earn points for money off purchases so that’s nice. The grooming is also great!! Shelly and Heidi are fabulous groomers!"
