"Horrible customer service and very low quality shoes. On the advice of the store staff, I bought a soft jazz shoe for a non-dancing performance. After less than 12 hours of wear on a stage, the shoe had developed significant holes. Upon returning to the store , I was told soft shoes do not hold up and I should have expected such wear. Even though I told them I purchased the shoes on the advice of their staff, Management did not even offer a reduction on the purchase of a replacement. Then they accused me of fabricating my story about the limited wear the shoes had experienced, even though my receipt was dated from only a few days prior. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN."

"I signed up for my first ballroom dance class with my fiancee, and went to All That Jazz to get some shoes. I told them what kind of dance we were doing, and they recommended me a pair of shoes, which I bought since I knew nothing about dance or dance shoes. I tried wearing them to a couple of classes but I was slipping left and right and finally asked my instructor what was going on, since I thought that these were ballroom dance shoes. He said that they were "character" shoes typically worn on stages. I tried taking them back to All That Jazz since I was convinced that they sold me the wrong kind, and wanted to exchange them for a proper set of ballroom dance shoes. They said that they couldn't because the bottoms were slightly worn (I'd worn them to 2-3 dance classes). I expressed my dissatisfaction since I came to them rather than just buy shoes for cheaper on Amazon, and they still couldn't help me, stating that they can't predict my preferences or what kind of floor I would be dancing on (I had told them specifically a ballroom dance floor). My fiancee had a good experience, but do your research before you go because they do not provide the information or service that you'd expect from visiting a specialty store rather than ordering a slightly cheaper set online."
