"I want to start by saying that despite the unfortunate circumstances that led to my son being asked to leave this daycare, I am still giving it a five-star rating. Our time at the daycare was truly exceptional, and I believe credit should be given where it's due. From the very beginning, the staff at the daycare showed genuine care and enthusiasm for the children under their supervision. The teachers were attentive, patient, and worked hard to create a nurturing environment. My son had the opportunity to engage in various activities that not only entertained him but also helped his development. The facilities were always clean, organized, and well-maintained. The safety measures in place gave me peace of mind knowing that my child was in good hands. The daycare's communication with parents was also commendable; we were regularly updated about our child's activities and progress. I truly appreciate the daycare's commitment to providing a positive and enriching experience for its students. It's clear that the staff members are dedicated to their roles and genuinely care about the children's well-being and growth. Even though our journey at the daycare was cut short, I can't overlook the positive impact it had on my son during his time there. Sometimes a place can be exceptional as a whole, but just not a good fit individually."
"I want start by saying this daycare is very good but as of yesterday my son that is 3 yrs old was kicked out because the teachers there could not handle him for what reason I don’t know why my son was doing very well at short period of time and till new teachers started coming and leaving they have lot of turn overs with there staff. And most of there staff do not speak good English they wanted to put a biting ring around my child like he was animal and I was not going for that. My son was bitten and scratch at this center so many time but I didn’t make big deal about but when he did it he gets kick out but again these are three years old and they are still learning but the staff thought my child was threat how is that if he only three please make me understand maybe I should went to the doctors and call channel 7 and said something because I feel like my child was getting picked on and discrimination"
"My two daughters have been attending this daycare for over 7 months. This place is absolutely amazing. The staff are very supportive, patient, and truly care about my kids. After they were home for 2 years, due to COVID, I was very nervous putting them back in childcare, however Hope Grows, eased my concerns, and helped their transition go smoothly. I am truly grateful for this daycare, and it is literally my kids second home :)"
