"I used to love shopping here. I still do, as long as I get a good cashier. I love that I can get most ingredients and spices right here. I often can’t get cilantro elsewhere but I always find it at Randolph Tops. Mary, Aspen, and Lucy ( I think that’s her name) are fabulous. Many of the cashiers are. I hope they train some of the newer cashiers to greet customers and treat them with respect. The ability to count change is also a fine skill for cashiers to have. The young man who waited on me today missed the mark on all counts."

"January 15 Always friendly employees, the customers not so much. Many like to stand in the middle of the isles and chat. Well stocked with neat and clean shelves, floors clean. Customer service and cashiers are prompt, friendly, and engaging in conversation. There have always been a good number of available carts that are ready to use, clean, and dry inside."
