"I dropped off my dog to be groomed at PetSmart by Betsy. He has been there before and the previous groomer did a good job. Betsy on the other hand butchered him. She cut his hair too short. I had groomed his face a big bc his hair was getting into his eyes so she said she would blend it a bit. But she went overboard. His hair looks patchy and uneven. I called to complain and spoke to someone called Shea. She said give me a second and hung up. Very unprofessional. The first picture is a before. The second picture is the disaster that Betsy did. She actually trimmed the face shorter than what I did."
