"Came in and looked at a pair of shoes with my daughter. They didn’t have her size so we had to order them. We were assured multiple times that it’s an easy process to have shoes mailed to our house. After waiting a week for her shoes to show up we were informed the order was cancelled. Not only did they cancel the order they won’t refund me my $80 back to the card so I can go buy her school shoes. They said it will have to come in a check which will take about a month. So my daughter doesn’t have school shoes and now we have to wait a month for the $80 I already spent. I understand the salespeople are paid commission and really want to push the “sale” but I will never be shopping here again."

"Great variety of shoes and boots available. Some of them can be pricey but they are name brand shoes. Decent sized store, definitely wish it was a little bigger. Very trendy looking space. Friendly staff for the most part. Overall a good place to get your footwear."

"I went in to buy uggs and a pair of docs. I was approached by an employee, and I asked what all colors they had in a particular boot. As she walked me over to the shoes she went to another customer then completely ignored me as I was asking for sizes. So I just walked out."
