"8/12/23 around 8:30 pm, I had some returns and was assisted by a reluctant gentleman, who was obviously not busy, that told me I couldn't return my items. I said my processed return said I can return them. Then he said it'd have to be store credit, which I was happy with. He lazily scanned my returns and missed one. I politely went through the items with him. I felt his begrudging aditude was off putting and unnecessary as I was pleasant toward him despite his demeanor."

"You can tell from negative reviews that customers often take offense in a store like this to not being approached by salespeople and this is understandable. A lot of people come into Nordstrom EXPECTING actual service. Of course, Nordstrom didn’t have what we were expecting, contrary to what they said online. Nonetheless in the maybe 20mins we walked around, we were approached several times by different salespeople. The place didn’t appear understaffed. It was a large store with plenty of walking space and fairly clean as well."
