"Arrived at Bailee's shop after speaking to the secretary about available appointments. Took my nervous 5 year-old for his first barber shop experience. No one greeted us upon entering. Bailee continuously griped about having too many appointments today and was miserable over the number of people showing up for hair cuts. A gentleman walked in shortly after us and rather than anyone saying hello- Bailee looked at her secretary and made a disgusted face. At this point, we felt more like a burden to her than a patron. We left without haircuts. Have had my hair cut there in the past but will not return again. She needs to improve her personal skills and maintain at least a little bit of professionalism."
