"Ross Park Mall location is the worst Fabletics location! All chit chat with each other and no assistance. Associate on 10/30/22 didn't even know her product line and could have cared less if I found what I was looking for or anything at all. Not greeted either. Just awful all around. I go to Palm Beach Gardens Fabletics and it's an awesome experience. Never will go into this location again because of my experience there 10/30/22 at approximately 4:30pm. Skinny girl was one "lazy-help". Truly awful experience. Two OTHERS behind counter could have cared less. One behind counter I believe is the manager or assistant. Terrible this is the poor quality of service in Pittsburgh Fabletics store"

"I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I feel like the employees here were very misleading. They seemed very kind and signed me up for what was presented to me as a rewards card — they didn't mention the $54 per month charge that would come with it! When I reached out initially inquiring about the charge, no one got back to me. I was finally able to cancel the membership they unknowingly signed me up for, but by that point I'd been charged $108 I never knew I'd have to pay. It seemed to me like the employees were intentionally misleading, or at the very least, intentionally withheld information about what exactly they were signing me up for."
