"My son has attended the Goddard school since he was two years old, approximately a year and a half now. This was directly after he was home for two years during Covid. I was afraid he’d be behind in his socialization and academics being at home, however, he not only surpassed all expectations attending Goddard, he loves the school curriculum activities. Well worth it."

"When I chose this school, I read all the 5 star reviews. I even spoke to the owner: Jill who spoke about her school as the best in Urbana, MD. This school is POORLY managed. If you still decide to try them out: I recommend you get EVERYTHING in writing including ALL of their policies, your child’s teachers‘ qualifications and a schedule of your child’s instructional day. The daily reports I received showed the diaper changing times and nap times but NO instructional times or recess times. I am still unsure if they spent more time outside at recess than inside learning. There are EXTREMELY better schools for early childhood in this community; I’m still in amazement with the number of great schools in this area. This school is named under a respected brand for education (The Goddard School) & that’s why they can claim to be great even when they are not. I hope this review helps you so you don’t get fooled like I did. I withdrew my child after 3 months because the only priority at this school is billing, collecting & creating wealth."

"I knew The Goddard School was the school for my son. I knew the curriculum, flexible learning environment would be a great match for him and his growth. They didn’t prove me wrong. 6 years went by too fast and my Preschooler is graduating and ready with confidence for kindergarten. I am sure I am not the only proud parent but I wanted to say thank you because the Goddard School is a big part of his life."

"I've sent a total of three children to this Goddard School, having had at least one enrolled child for almost 10 years! My oldest went from the infant room through graduation, and two have gone from infant to their current classrooms in Preschool and PreK. I spent a significant amount of time researching the other local options, but nothing could compare to the Goddard's program. Their infant and young toddler programs are wonderful with great consistency in teaching staff and great quality control to ensure safety for the little ones. They do an excellent job of managing the difficult young toddler age group and providing them with awesome experiences to explore. Lastly, my children have been amazingly well prepared for school. Their physical programs include PE, yoga, soccer, dance and more. Their twice a week (per class!) music program is stellar, including their instructor. My five year old is reading, writing, and can tell time. Her PreK teachers are well educated, put together awesome lesson plans, use technology, and ensure that the children are always challenged. The staff at the Goddard School has always been extremely accommodating to our needs and the needs of our children. Their connection to their students doesn't end after they graduate, and they continue to support their "alumni" and their activities as they move on in the community. I couldn't recommend them more."
