"A little over priced but overall great"

"I used to love this store under the previous ownership. However, the customer service I received today was very poor. I texted ahead to see if they were accepting consignments and received no response. So I drove down there and carried in my box of items. I stood at the counter waiting five minutes before someone came out of the back. There was another family in the store shopping at the same time. When the young lady came out she informed me that they were only accepting consignments by appointment. So I asked if I could make an appointment and she said they are backed up until December. Wow! They only opened a month ago and the inventory of clothes was much less than it used to be. They definitely need to hire some more people to help process consignments!"

"What a great concept, I wish they were closer to us. As a parent I often feel be for all the junk e accumulate but this is the one place that puts great items to good use and at good homes for a reasonable price. Seriously, this is a great service for humanity and for the economy plus the environment must appreciate it. Some of be prices are spot on, some of them might be a bit too much but there are some brands too."
