"Not impressed in the least. Not horrible , just not good. Laura, our personal wedding gown stylist, wasn't what anyone would expect from a professional. She rushed the bride to be(keeping an eye on her watch), and mentioned a few times that we only had so much time, wasn''t helpful in choosing gowns for her...There were six of us scurrying about trying to find gowns for the bride to be to try on. Wasn't the best first experience we'd hoped for. We'll be shopping elsewhere. Hopefully, our bride to be will have a more relaxed, helpful stylist."

"I went here to shop for a dress for a formal event. The sales clerk never approached me and when I finally approached her and explained what I was looking for, she told me "you'll just have to look." She set up a dressing room for me, then disappeared. I had to get a fellow shopper to zip up a dress, the clerk was no where to be found. The selection was disappointing, and their return policy is terrible. You should be able to return a dress with tags attached for a refund, not a store credit. I would never return here to shop."

"Definitely not the place to go for bridal unless you know exactly what you want. This is primarily (in my opinion) due to rushed appointments. I also would not recommend booking a 10a appointment, as they don’t even unlock the doors until 10a. Due to them scheduling like this, my appointment started off late and I felt rushed to pick styles to try on. Almost nothing about the experience was enjoyable other than the person assisting me was very kind, patient, and helpful."

"If you are looking for some great evening, wedding, and prom wear this is the place. I’ve always enjoyed how over the top and glamorous this place is. You’d never expect it to be. I’m sad to see that the Christmas floor is gone but it was still a great experience."

"Selection and quality have gone WAY down since last season. My daughter tried 15 dresses on and every single one of them was broken! And not hey I could stitch that back on like really badly damaged. They prices are WAY overpriced for their selection. How disappointing this dress was $400 and had obvious “bald spots”"
