"Store has the longest line that I’ve seen on a week day. Two cashiers were ringing the customers. I spoke with a store manager she said she didn’t have any more help. I don’t understand why she didn’t hop on a register to help get the line down. I had one item to return. I turned around and the manager had her purse and she was leaving the store."

"This place always out of the cashiers. People are waiting in line but there is only one counter open and no backup. Waiting for 30 minutes even it’s not that much busy. They should always open 3 counters at least."

"I’m not sure what is going on at Ross, I used to love going to Ross now it is always a hot MESS. The employees are just talking and never around the dressing rooms are awful, the clothes are awful shoes are ok, pet area not much there. Ross hire people who want to work, if they don’t fire them. The place is just so awful. There was t a section I went to that wasn’t a mess. Maybe you can show the people who work there this message. Do Better. This is crazy."

There are deparments for ladies, plus sizes for men, women, lingerie, undergarments, men, young men, juniors, womens shoes, mens shoes,furniture, decore, fashion, technology items, fitness, bed and bath, kids, kids shoes, pets. I shop at the Manassas branch. They have more unique pieces than the Woodbridge branch. You will get quality items at reasonable prices. You can shop online. You can also return items. Please ensure the tag is still on item or have your receipt ready. This store is popular so lines are too long for all the money they make. Of course items are seasonal."
