"Has had 2 of our foxes for 2.5 years. He told us 11-13 months and i put 50% down. When we ask about them he says he's "mounting foxes this week, and it'll be done in 2 weeks". This has been going on for 1.5 years. Filed a complaint with the bbb and he won't even respond to that."
