"We have been so impressed with Jaks for our kitchen remodel! After being ghosted by one of the big box stores for a couple weeks after doing a design with them, we went to Jaks at the recommendation of our contractor. I was nervous about pricing at a smaller business, but actually to my shock and delight, their prices for mid-range plywood cabinets were better than the big box store, as were their countertop prices. We worked with Angela, and she was incredibly efficient and helpful in doing our kitchen design. Whenever you call Jaks during business hours, a real live person answers the phone and helps you. They are also responsive by email. They do have a smaller cabinet selection than the big box stores (think like 12 cabinet door options for each brand instead of 50), but they have the main in-style designs most folks would be looking for, and the customer service is absolutely unbeatable. I would definitely work with Jaks again and strongly recommend them to others.
