"Tl;dr. Fantastic place, wonderful people, fast service, excellent quality of work I can’t say enough good things about this shop and the folks that work in it. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable! We had called in ahead of time to make sure we could drop off and the person who’d answered the phone was so excitable and welcoming that I’d assumed it was an automated call. Top-drawer customer service I had recently gotten a bike for my partner, who hadn’t had the opportunity to learn when she was younger. I had it pre-resembled at Dick’s (absolutely wouldn’t recommend in hindsight). For about a month we couldn’t get on the trail because it kept acting in strange, rickety, and frankly dangerous ways. So much so that I almost fell on it every time I got on it, and I’ve been biking since I was a kid. I assumed the derailer was out of whack or something and tried to sort it, but clearly I was very out of practice. I decided to seek professionals to make sure it’s ready to go We took it to Wheelcraft today and at a glance they were able to point out several more issues than I’d noticed. We left it in their care, and it only took about an hour. Turns out it was worse than I thought! The brakes were high, the handle bar joint (sorry, forget the name) was loose, and the main issue turned out to be that the bike chain was three lengths too long! How does that even happen? I believe they’d mentioned a couple other things, but the folks at Wheelcraft made everything right with it. I took it for a short spin right outside of the shop and now it rides like a dream! Night and day, I can’t begin to explain it. When we came in it was parked nicely in an upright holder, too, a nice touch I could tell they put a lot of care into their work because the seat was adjusted, too high even for me, and the person who had looked it over was taller than me. That to me shows that they took it for a test to make sure everything worked just right, and it does! On top of all of that they accepted an old, small bike we had as a donation and are going to make sure it’s given to a great organization I genuinely never make reviews for this sort of stuff because a lot of the time I don’t feel my experiences are positive or negative enough to be worth noting, but I can’t say enough nice things about Wheelcraft. The piece of mind alone is worth every cent, but the kindness and care they gave to make sure the bike was as good as it could be blew me away. Hope to see them on the trails one day!"

Not only were they extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but Andrew and Drew are two of the nicest guys you could ever want to meet. "Great bike shop with a very helpful staff. They saved the day for us when my wife and I drove to the area to try the local rail trails. We had a tire blow out and the shop dropped what they were doing and took care of our problem right away so we only lost a small amount of time. They even invited us to come back and go on an upcoming shop ride with them."
