They will not let you leave until you find something you're happy with. These are proper shoe nerds. If you order a shoe through them, they'll order a size smaller and bigger for you to try and in different widths just so you don't have to order the same shoe multiple times. No restocking fees, no hastle. They'll even ship shoes to you if you're not local. This is how a shoe store should be. A proper family owned business that legitimately cares about its customers.
