"Ordered clubs from them. They took my money out that day. 4 days later they return my money. And the item says it's not available for purchase online. So I order the clubs from taylormade. 4 days later I get email saying my clubs have shipped and they charge my account 1100. So I ended up buying 2 sets of the same clubs because they say it was unavailable. Then I take clubs back and they say without a receipt best they can do is give me 630 back for 1100 dollar clubs. What a joke. Never will I buy anything from this crooked store ever again"

"What you can do to make the future of company better is to not take someone’s money the same day, them pay for expedited shipping and not for fill that. You took my money the day I the order in yet it takes 3 days to process it and now the item that I order I can’t even use it for the event that I need it for. It’s disgusting that companies like you do this. I will never buy another item from you store nor will I ever refer my friends and family to you like I have in the past. I will now take my money to Academy sports and other competitors of yours. And I’m sure whoever reads this “if” people even read these could care less. I personally now regret all the money I have spent with this company because it’s clear to me now that you do not have integrity moral character and at the very least good customer service. You guys really live up to your name “Dicks”."

I valued DSG on their promptness, quality control, and customer service and fulfillment but I’m sad to say I’m HIGHLY disappointed in my most recent purchase!! I was sent pre-worn shoes with no disclosure, and when I called customer service the agent John was very disengaged and not too helpful at all, and the compensation is little to none for their error!11 SMH, the level of quality service is diminishing quickly in this world. DSG you have lost a loyal customer."

"I ordered a pair of sweatpants and a sweatshirt on November 19,2022. The delivery was fairly quick, however, when I revived my item I still had a plastic tag on it???? Why would you leave that on and ship to me?? It makes me feel like I’m not even supposed to have it and it ruined my shirt when I tried to take it off…so now the sweatshirt that I paid $50 is ruined because of the yellow and blue dye that is inside of the plastic tag. It’s not my job to take that tag off. It is not that difficult to take it off. Thanks a lot for ruining my item."
