"I came in in an ambulance after being in a car accident where my car was literally totaled. I’ve been in the waiting room for over four hours. I asked for pain medication two hours ago, 1.5 hours ago and 30 mins ago and now. Nurse basically told me too bad. She said that she told the doctor 2 hours ago and they haven’t gotten back to her. Couldn’t give me an estimate on when i would get pain medicine or be seen by a doctor either. This is literally a horrifying place that gives 0 fuc ks about their patients and their health and safety."

"I was a patient in their psychiatric unit, I came in not doing well at all. Unfortunately I met with a horrendous Dr who shouldn't be in the profession, by the name of DORCELIS. Very unprofessional, I met with her for less then 5 minutes and had no compassion and rushed through our session. What really upset me was when she gave me the option to speak to me in front of all the patients. In addition, the majority of the TECHS, were not approachable, and made you feel like I was a burden, even though you were there for help. Another person who would lead the groups was very unprofessional , took a pill, not sure what, in front of the patients.... please be mindful, of your loved ones and your self. There are always those people that give the company a bad name unfortunately. There are those who do have a good heart My amazing therapist Mrs Erika! Listened and showed compassion. THE TECHS who did make my stay a lot t easier, Erica and Jonah . the the WHOLE care team was great, Nate and Pete were incredible, the nurses especially Mr. Patrick and Dayna, Dr Arkadiev, amazing Doctor. Grateful he was able to take care of me during my hard time. Always do your research."

"In August 2023, I was at an event in York, PA. I was transported to this hospital. I was then admitted in the hospital due to a pulmonary embolism At the age of 26. I spent four days at this hospital. And it was such a great experience. I live two hours away but if it meant that I got the same experience, I would 100% go back.. Tower two was absolutely amazing. Between the doctors and the nurses. I couldn’t be more thankful for them."

"Such a wonderful team of doctors, nurses, and staff! I had to have my appendix out on Thanksgiving of all days and they were so wonderful!! They were caring, kind, and as efficient as they could be in the midst of multiple traumas coming in throughout the entire day. The Emergency Department team was so compassionate and proficient. They communicated with me throughout the entire process to ensure I was educated and understood all that was happening. The surgery (Dr. Terry and his team) went well and the recovery nursing staff was wonderful! Thank you so much for making a difficult situation as positive as possible!"

"My daughter had to have her appendix out. Her surgeon was Dr. Kunisaki. He did amazing! The whole team, including the nurses that took care of her in her room, to the nurses who took care of her before and after surgery, they were all amazing! They treated us with such kindness and compassion. They gave my daughter 2 beautiful blankets, a pillow case, and a teddy bear. She didn't wake up all that well from the anesthesia. She was having a panic attack, but the nurses were so patient and loving towards her. I would definitely recommend them to any parent! Words can't even express my gratitude towards them. It was a difficult thing to go through for my family, but the staff made it so much better for us. God bless them all! They are amazing people. ❤️❤️❤️"
