"You may want to think twice. The owner does not come and review the final job with you in person. This is not the kind of company you want to deal with. I had to write up my own punch list with photos at the end of the job. They came to repair most of the items, but one small repair item was actually made worse than the small issue they were repairing. This makes the entire newly tiled bathtub area look bad. This one area looks like it has mold and mildew on it and we have not even used the shower since they left. His response to this grout issue was: Good morning There is no reason for any grout modifications The grout is professionally completed according industry standards. Your personal preference is subjective and I believe any and all alterations will not only be aesthetically inferior but also undermining the overall integrity Ted See the attached photo for " Professionally Completed " grout work. You can decide for yourself if this is professionally completed If you plan to use this company, then my suggestion is DO NOT MAKE FINAL PAYMENT until you are fully satisfied with the work done. I now have to hire a grout company to come in and remove/replace about 1 to 2 feet of grout where the tub meets the tile wall and make it look like it should have when they made the repairs. The one star is for Chris, Harry, and Dan as they are great guys to deal with. As for the work done after Chris and Harry left I could go through an entire list of issues, but it will not do any good. My only advice is buyer beware."
