"I serve as a home health aide for a child with cerebral palsy and autism. We’ve been coming for 2 and a half years and we’ve encountered at least 5-6 stylists in the McMurray store. Every one of them took the time out of their day to truly make sure my client had a great experience! They talked to him and made him feel comfortable every single time. I hate the terrible reviews regarding the computers because that affects the workers status as well!!! They are STYLISTS, NOT CAD MAJORS. If the sign up system is down, genuinely, how is that their fault? Sounds like corporate needs to update the systems. Again, GREAT WORKERS AND BETTER PEOPLE!"

"Signed in online, showed up at the time I was told to and my name wasn't listed. Staff refused to help me and booted me to a 60 min wait, which I refused to wait for. Past cuts have been mixed in quality. I've had stylists failing to blend cuts properly, and messing up even the most basic of haircuts and necklines. I have had some really good haircuts from stylists who should've had their own shops."
