"I have a job interview so I thought a haircut would be perfect to look great for my job interview. I called a day in advance and made an appointment for the next day Wednesday 9 AM. Well, apparently they don't even open at 9 AM so the appointment I made with the person who answered the phone was void. After showing up at 9am then having to call and find out what Google and their own front door says is wrong. I went back at 10am and sat there waiting for anyone to show leaving at 10:28am . If your needing a cut for important moments in life go somewhere else don't trust these people. They will only let you down."

"I called prior to coming in with my 2 children ages 2 and 4. The owner claimed she could get them in at 11:15am and we arrived on time. The owner is who was cutting my child’s hair (I didn’t know) was an older lady(not judging) but she cut my daughter’s hair first and it went smoothly. Then when i sat with my son as I ALWAYS HAVE IN THE PAST. She had a problem with it from the start. She claimed she couldn’t do the haircut I originally wanted which was fine I could deal with just a trim up for school. As she was cutting his hair she rolled her eyes 4-5 times that I caught in my view because I was really just speachless trying to trust the process. She complained about her back hurting and she wasn’t going to keep waistline time. I suffer from epilepsy and anxiety depressive disorder and after the hair cut I tried to explain my concerns and she just started gaslighting me saying “well how well was his hair cut before when getting hair cuts” (HES NEVER HAD A BAD HAIR CUT) then when I explained that I didn’t want to argue I just didn’t like the hair cut so I would pay for my daughters and she told me “I don’t want you paying for anything and to GET OUT” loudly. I felt totally Embarrassed not only for me but for my son and family. My son is slightly autistic and is very sensitive around his face. She then proceeded to follow me outside to “talk” and was completely unapologetic and unreasonable, and unprofessional with no sympathy what so ever” I’m just shocked with how we were treated. UPDATE : was informed the ORIGINAL OWNER PASSED AWAY AND ROZZOS USED TO BE A GREAT BARBER SHOP BUT HAS WENT DOWN HILL DUE TO THE NEW OWNER !!!!DONNA !!!! I’m not the one to bash someone’s legacy but seems she’s already doing so. Shameful"
