"I show up 20 minutes after my assigned pick up time for my business cards and they tell me that the machine is messing up and they need 30 more minutes to complete it. I wait 30 minutes and I go in and they spent 5 minutes trying to find the business cards that are on the printer and then another 10 minutes to cut them. I go out to my car just to realize that not only where the cards cut so poorly that the link on the bottom was cut off on half of them but also the front of my business card was on both sides instead of having the front and the front and the back on the back. I go back into the store wait 10 minutes for someone ti come over to get a refund and when I tell them about the bottoms being cut off on half of them, they say that it is normally like that with business cards. I got my refund after over an hour of being there, but I am so annoyed with not only the incompetence of the workers , but also rudeness of the employees not even saying sorry for my inconveniences. Will never go here again. #GoToCVS."
