"My wife picked 4 items to try. We were going to buy 2 of them. When she returned 2 back the rude lady forced her to hang them by herself back. It is not a problem but we had a small baby crying and in general it is usually not customers’ responsibility to take care if these things. Probably HM doesn’t pay enough to its employees to do their part of work normally or hiring manager is just under-qualified. We ended up buying NOTHING! Very frustrated about the behavior of this store worker. Definitely will avoid this place in future."
