"Top of my hair dyed Bleached blonde and the ends are the desired color. Mind you, it was all the same till i got out the shampoo bowl. They will talk about you behind your back. Charged me hair braiding prices for a color job. Went here cause my normal shop was closed. Should have just got my hair braided."

"Hate my hair this is the third time she did a poor job my cut look like a toddler did it. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she just made up some kind of cut as she went along last time she colored it she burned my scalp she put glue on my extention which came out the same day .all around bad experience and she over charged I would never recommend this place"

"I sent my daughter here on two diff. Occasions. She is every bit of 7yrs old with a nice amount of hair. Not course or nappy, just very thick. I only took her there for a wash and blow dry. The first two times I took her there they charged a set price of $35. Then when I went back they tried to charge $50 (just for a wash and blow dry). Remind you she is 7. I never went back and never plan on going back. Horrible experience. I hope they go out of business."

"When I first came here, I was impressed. I returned. I signed my name in the book and took a seat. The stylist called me to bowl, but never asked what services I was getting. I stopped and stated that I wanted my hair colored. I picked put the color. Well, I noticed that she was starting from my roots, and not sectioning my hair. She slapped the dye on my hair. Fast forward, the color that I picked was not what I received. I spoke up and she attempted to call someone, but it was nothing done. I asked for my ends to be clipped, and she did a bad job. My roots are so much lighter than my hair. I paid for a service that I did not like. If that stylist stayed off her phone maybe I could had a better experience. It is a shame because I thought I found a salon I could continue to go too."
