"This is the third time we’ve been here when it wasn’t even crowded and our food order literally was forgotten and our drinks took forever. Their POS system must either be broken down or there is no communication between the lone bartender and kitchen. The bartender was the server at one point. We used to love this place. What happened to it? Bartender was polite and capable but kitchen is horrible. It’s never the same employees either. Will likely never return. And all this for burgers and a salad and three drinks which came to 135 dollars after tip. Don’t know why we even tipped. Bartender was nice."
"I ate here when I stayed at somerset hills last month, and I booked this same hotel again JUST so I could eat here again. The Cajun food is great. I loved the gumbo and jambalaya."
"I wanted to grab something to eat and stopped in at this restaurant. When I arrived I parked in the private lot. The restaurant is located inside the hotel. I walked in and sat at the bar. Mauricio was my bartender, and he was very nice. They had happy hour with great options, but I started with an espresso martini, and it was tasty. I then had a good glass of red wine. For food, I got the mahi mahi tacos, and it was filling. I had a really good experience all in all."
"I ordered a coffee crusted pork chop, waited for 35 min, a pull pork sandwich came. I returned the sandwich and waited for another 15 min for the pork chop. The pork is juicy and tasty. However the roasted onions are not: one was undercooked and one was over cooked."
"Newly renovated with a trendy modern aesthetic decor look, and extremely delicious food! If you’ve experienced their 1.0 version you’re in for a treat for their 2.0 new experience and menu! Such a great hidden gem in basking ridge IG: @tays_taste for more reviews!"
