"We are having problems with our washer so I called and Unfortunately they do not service our model but I just wanted to give a review of 5 stars because the gentlemen went above and beyond to help me. He could have hung up right there. He gave me some advice on who I should call, what to ask, what to look out for etc. By far the best customer service I have had in a long time. Especially after he knew he wasn't making a penny off of me. Kudos to you, sir. People can learn a lot from you."

"The pros: open on Saturdays, even if it's only 9-12. Had the part I needed in stock. Did tell me to bring in the part to be tested first because there are no refunds. When we got there he tested the part and then knew exactly where the replacement part was. We weren't in the store for 5 minutes. The cons: price was almost double what I could have bought if for online. I was ok with paying a little more for the convenience of not having to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday to get the part, but was disappointed that it was double the price. It was a heating element for my dryer, and my wife didn't want to wait until next week to do the laundry. So I paid more for the convenience than I wanted to, but what are you going to do?"

"I have never purchased an appliance there but they have made many repairs for me over the last 15 or so years. It’s also the place to get parts when doing your own repairs-he knows what he’s talking about!"
