"This is a music shop in the Berlin Mart. Once you get past the owners gruff exterior and demeanor, it's not a bad place. I find the prices to be a bit high, but I believe that's the way vinyl is at this point."

"This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had shopping for anything. I was just getting into records so this store was on the top of my list to hit. After looking for a bit and picking up a few things, my fiancé and I went to the counter. The owner proceeded to tell us his life story, every political view, and his opinion on everything I was buying, completely unprompted. Oh, did I say I was buying? That would be incorrect. He REFUSED to take my money, MADE ME (a woman) LEAVE THE STORE and forced my fiancé (a man) to make the purchase. The total was less than $10. Awhile went by, i passed the store again and saw no one was in there (coast is clear and maybe he had someone else working for him that day). I just wanted to see if there was 1 thing I didn’t check for the first time. Looking through the CDs he POPS OUT of the back then says “You know you’re not alone.” Like I was trying to steal something? Nope. No way. I nervously laughed and immediately left. So uncomfortable. Weirdest, rudest old man I’ve ever encountered. He has some cool things in there but it seems like he’ll never sell anything solely due to his actions and scaring people off. Based off the other reviews on here, this is consistent."

"Dirty, raggedy store with shabby records sold at unreasonably high prices. The owner always made things uncomfortable by talking at you or saying racist or otherwise uncouth things regardless of who was in the store, then would loudly critique your music taste at the counter before asking for downright extortionate amounts for whatever you picked out. You’re better off buying records online, that’s what this place taught me."
