"Great product instock at decent prices. Friendly and knowledgeable associates especially at gun counter. I would like clearance and sale products to be better priced; apparel racks would day one price or percentage off but sticker tag was something different- not sure what pride you were going to be charged at checkout. I would also like them to offer the coffee they sell at the Keurig- they had 4 types of coffee on sale for $19.99 for 80 pack but Revolution brand was at the counter. Consider having the brand you are selling for customers to sample."

"Store with a pet friendly setting, yet they don't allow you to advertise pets for sale. Or, at the very least, have a community board (like Tractor Supply)"

"The store was great. I had a bad experience with an employee. I was loading horse feed and managed to get one bag on my cart. The second bag fell out of my hands and onto the floor. An employee saw this, walked towards me, and then past me to go outside. He had been pushing a broom, and he just dropped it and left. Couldn't believe it. I am 61 years old, and he was maybe 19. I can't believe someone didn't teach him better manners."

"I was really impressed with this Rural King store. The store was clean, very well labeled, well stocked, and they had friendly, knowledgeable employees. I was able to find things easily in the store. When I asked for assistance to help me locate an item since I couldn't find it, the employee was helpful and apologized for not having the item I was looking for but did suggest a place that might have the item. I thanked the employee for the assistance. At checkout time, an employee was standing at the end of the checkout line and asked if I was ready to checkout. The employee also asked if I wanted to sign up for Rural King rewards. I have shopped at other Rural King stores and was never asked. The employee was able to explain the rewards in detail and answered my questions. When leaving the store, I was thanked for shopping at Rural King and told me to have a nice day. I was super impressed with the customer service that I received. I recommend stopping in and checking out this store."

"I really enjoyed going here. The selection on everything was out standing. The customer service was exceptional. I had been told about this store in Franklin and had just not gotten around to going. A year later I took my children and went to check out their garden center. I was not disappointed. After making a purchase of several trees that day, I convinced my son to go back the next day to go thru the store. It was amazing! I will definitely be returning again."
