"Ordered a saddle and other product. When I inquired about shipping after placing the order, customer service gave me the run around. Stating it could be a few days but that werent sure how long it would take since it had to be brought over from another warehouse. Which should not take days. Price was not any different from Dover or SmartPak and stated on the website that it should ship out in within 2 to 3 days after order was placed. Wont use this group again. Customer services is argumentative and basically... wait and see cant to you anything!"

"I ordered quite a few things from this horse Tack store in Pa, They had a lot of light things for my horse and to use on his overall care, that I can't find or don't see anywhere else. I also bought a used set of reins from there consignment shop, and they were in great shape and exactly as described, shipped fast and I guess the most thing that was important to me, because I never ordered anything from them before, and I first see them on Amazon as a 3rd party seller, and have had problems in the past ordering from 3 rd party sellers so I was a little skeptical at first, the answers all questions fast, and now I just ordered directly from there store in Pa, honest and all my products were as described, thanks"
