"my experience was not the best, and that is a nice way of putting it. i asked for a trim and the woman cut half my hair off and gave me man bangs. fyi to future customer: be EXTREMELY clear to the hair stylist because they may not recollect what u are stating that you want. this was a learning experience for me not to trust just anyone with a pair of cutting shears"

"I love this place I don't need to say anything just my phone number, they got my measurements all written down. It's very quick (I'm a boy) and cheap (20, 14 w/ coupon). Super friendly staff, and if you go Tues old folks get 5 bucks off. Tell em to turn on the TV they will, two o' clock is real slow if you're trying to walk right in and get clipped."

"Terrible. Online check in says 90 minute wait. I keep my son busy while I wait our turn. Get a text from their system that there is 15 minutes before my turn and to head to the shop. Get there in 10 minutes and they said, must of been a computer glitch, you have to come back in another 90 minutes. Blue haired “new” employee told me there’s nothing that can be done, she’s unaware of who a manager would be, and nothing can be done. Horribly run franchise - last negativity be experience."
